Effective date: 2026-09-23 Developer: JINGZHE JIANG
19×19 is an offline multiplication learning app. No account is required.
Data in the app Learning progress, answers, training results, and language preferences are stored on your device. The app does not send this data to the developer and contains no advertising, third-party analytics SDKs, or cross-app tracking. The developer does not collect personal data through the app.
Storage and deletion Records remain on your device until the app data is deleted. Using the system's Delete App option removes local app data; Offload App may retain it. Inclusion in system backups depends on your device settings and Apple's services. The app has no independent cloud sync service, and the developer cannot access or restore your local records.
Purchases and support Apple handles app purchases and payments. If you choose to email support, we receive your email address and message and use them only to respond to and resolve your request. Please do not send passwords, payment details, or unnecessary personal information. You may contact support to request deletion of support correspondence held by the developer, except where retention is legally required.
Children and policy changes The app does not collect personal data from children or other users through the app. We will update this policy and its effective date if features or data practices change.
